§ 9.04 ASHES.
   An ash container shall be a portable metal receptacle of substantial construction with a close fitting cover and adequate handles on the receptacle and cover. The container shall be of such dimensions that it can be easily handled by one person and when placed for collection not weigh more than 50 pounds.
