Containers for rubbish shall be identical to garbage containers except as otherwise specified herein. Containers for small rocks and other rubbish which are not susceptible to being windblown may be bushel baskets, small metal containers or similar containers that, when placed for collection, have a weight not in excess of 50 pounds and which have adequate handles. Empty wooden crates, tree roots and stumps all prepared as required herein need not be placed in containers.
