§ 8.08 TIRES.
   Such material shall not be included in the garbage and refuse accumulated on the premises. Such material shall only be disposed of at drop-off points designated by the city or the State Department of Natural Resources. Drop-off points and provision regulating the points will be set forth by resolution.
