§ 2.00 RESPONSIBILITY.
   The city may employ persons or firms as city waste collectors and may license private waste collectors. The Street Superintendent shall be responsible for the collection, transportation and disposal of all refuse and he or she is hereby authorized to adopt reasonable regulations to carry out the intent of this chapter.
