(A) Before commencement of construction of a private wastewater disposal system, the owner(s) shall first obtain a written permit from the city.
(B) The application for such permit along with plans and specifications shall be submitted to the City Public Works Director and City Building Official for review and approval. The permit application form (furnished by the city) and inspection fee of $25 shall be paid to the city at the time the application is filed.
