604.01  IMPERSONATING VILLAGE OFFICERS.
   No person shall falsely represent himself or herself to be an officer of the Village, or without due authority, exercise or attempt to exercise any of the powers or functions of any officer, or, without due authority, wear any star, badge or mark purporting to be that of a policeman, fireman, officer or employee of the Village.

604.02  INTERFERING WITH VILLAGE OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE.
   It shall be unlawful to interfere with or hinder any officer or employee of the Village while engaged in the duties of his or her office.
