§ 153.003 LEGAL AUTHORITY.
   This chapter is enacted pursuant to the authority granted by the laws of M.S. § 379.462, as it may be amended from time to time, and in furtherance of the policies declared in M.S. Chapters 105, 115, and 116, as they may be amended from time to time.
