APPENDIX A: ON-SITE PARKING REQUIREMENTS

Residential	One per dwelling unit
Churches /auditoriums**	One per six seats
Pre-schools	One per each two employees
Elementary schools	One per each two employees
Secondary schools	One per each two employees and one per each five pupils
Parks/playgrounds*	One per each two employees
Swimming pools*	One per each two employees
Public halls/community centers	Equal in number to 30% of the capacity of people
Hospitals/medical institutions*	One per each two beds and one per each staff doctor
Commercial (CB)	Three square feet of parking area for each square foot of space open to the public, but no less than 900 square feet, plus one per each three employees
Industrial*	One per each three employees and one per each managerial personnel
Commercial/industrial	Commercial buildings same as (CB) zone; Industrial buildings same as (I) zone
NOTES TO TABLE:          * - Adequate to serve visiting public as demonstrated to the Planning Commission. ** - Additional required for building containing an auditorium, such as schools.
