Tobacco regulations within the city shall be administered pursuant to the Grant County ordinance regulating the sale of tobacco and related devices and products within Grant County, which is adopted herein by reference. A copy of the Grant County ordinance regulating the sale of tobacco and related devices and products within the county, as attached to Ord. 18-01, is hereby incorporated by reference and shall be maintained in the Office of the City Administrator.
