§ 10.32 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this subchapter and the subchapter "Abatement of Public Nuisances," §§ 10.40 et seq., the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:

BOARD. A quorum of the City of Elbow Lake City Council.

CITATION. An administrative citation issued pursuant to this subchapter.

CITY CLERK. The Elbow Lake City Administrator or designee.

CITY CODE. The Elbow Lake City Code.

CODE COMPLIANCE OFFICIAL. The Elbow Lake City Administrator or designee.
