1137.01 SEVERABILITY.

If any Section, Subsection or paragraph sentence or phrase of the Subdivision Regulations is for any reason held to be invalid, by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Subdivision Regulations.
