1129.03 DEFICIENCIES.

Should the improvements not meet the requirements of the approved construction drawings, the Village Engineer shall inform the subdivider in writing of said deficiencies. It shall be the responsibility of the subdivider to correct all deficiencies at his/her own expense and notify the Village Engineer that deficiencies have been corrected.
