1129.02 ACCEPTING ORDINANCE.

Upon written recommendation by the Village Engineer to the Village Council that all improvements have been constructed in accordance with the approved drawings, the Council will adopt an ordinance accepting the improvements into the Village of Edon infrastructure system.
