Pavement structures serving commercial or industrial areas shall be designed in accordance with O.D.O.T. Location and Design Manual, based on the projected traffic volumes and soil conditions. The minimum pavement structures shall be thickness of one (1) inch of O.D.O.T. Item 404 asphaltic concrete over a thickness of one and one half (1 ½) inch of O.D.O.T. Item 402 asphaltic concrete, over a thickness of six (6) inches of O.D.O.T. Item 301, bituminous aggregate base over a thickness of ten (10) inches of O.D.O.T. Item 304 aggregate base.
