(a) All sidewalks shall be constructed of portland cement concrete, to the minimum width specified in Table 1, and to a minimum depth of four (4) inches.
(b) Sidewalks shall be constructed at the time when a lot is being developed or at the time a structure is being erected. The schedule for sidewalk construction shall be at the option of the subdivider, within the above constraints.
(c) Sidewalks shall be constructed to the grades as established in the construction drawings for the development as approved by the Village.
