(a) Previous to the filing for tentative approval of the preliminary plat, the subdivider may submit a sketch plan to the Village Council.
(b) The purpose of this stage is to discuss early and informally, the purpose and effect of this ordinance and to familiarize the subdivider with the comprehensive plan for the area and other Village engineering projects, drainage, sewerage, water systems and similar standards, requirements and plans.
(c) The sketch plan shall be clearly and legibly drawn by mechanical means or freehand. The size of the map shall be on one or more sheets and drawn at a scale of one inch equals 100 feet. (Ord. 03-05. Passed 6-2-03.)
