All reservations are on a first come basis. Deposits must be paid at, or within one week of, time reservation is made or building will not be reserved. No partial deposits shall be accepted. Deposits for cancellations less than thirty days prior to the event will not be refunded unless Community Building is rented by another party, or unless approved by Council.
