901.01 CONSTRUCTION PERMIT; FEE.

(a) No person shall construct or repair a sidewalk or a driveway across a sidewalk without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Fiscal Officer. A separate permit shall be obtained for each property involved and all permits shall be valid only for the year in which issued.

(b) The fee for the permit shall be one dollar ($1.00).
