376.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply:

   (a)   “Motor vehicle” has the same meaning as set forth in Section 301.20.

   (b)   “Operator” has the same meaning as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(X).

   (c)   “Golf cart” is a motor vehicle as that term is defined under Section 301.20.
