351.99 PENALTY AND WAIVER.

   Whoever violates the provisions of Section 351.03, 351.04, 351.11 through 351.19 shall be fined as follows:

   (a)   $5.00 for parking in a restricted zone.

   (b)   $10.00 for parking in a No Parking zone.

   (c)   $25.00 for parking in a Fire or Handicap zone.

   (d)   $35.00 for parking in violation of width and height regulations.

   (e)   If a parking ticket remains unpaid for seventy-two hours the Police shall impound the vehicle at the owner’s expense.
