No person shall stand or park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, or for purposes of unloading and loading, or while obeying the directions of a police officer or a traffic control device, in any of the following places:
(a) On N. Michigan St. north of Park St., S. Michigan St. south of Indiana St. (except in marked spaces), E. Indiana St. east of Church St., W. Indiana St. west of Union St. (except during funeral services and/or visitation), and on any uncurbed street.
(b) On Derbyshire St. and Webster St. (except in marked parallel parking areas).
(c) On Bunny Lane within the turnaround area.
(d) In the Village Parking Lot on E. Indiana St. seventy-two consecutive hours.
(e) In the Business District, except in marked parking spaces, which parking is limited to two hours on Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and no parking from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
