185.21 DECLARATION OF LEGISLATIVE INTENT.

It is the intent of the Municipality that this Chapter 185 be liberally construed to effectuate the collection of all income taxes authorized by this Chapter. This Chapter 185 shall further be construed to authorize the collection of any tax previously authorized by Sections 181.02 and 181.021 of the Codified Ordinances of Edon, Ohio to the extent not otherwise prohibited by this Chapter 185 or other applicable laws.
