(a) Municipal parks will be open to the public from dawn until dusk. No person shall be present in a Municipal Park after dark, or at such other time as a park may be designated as closed to the public by a Municipal official, except that lighted ball fields and other lighted recreation areas may be utilized after dark until any organized sporting events or community activities have ended or as otherwise permitted by Village Park Board or Village Council.
(b) Any person who violates subsection (a) hereof shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for any subsequent offense(s). (Ord. 03-12. Passed 5-21-12.)
