1331.99 PENALTY.

Occupancy of house trailers within the Village, in violation of the terms of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of from one dollar ($1.00) to fifty dollars ($50.00) levied against the owner of the premises on which the house trailer is located. Each day of the violation shall constitute a separate offense.
