1331.04 EXCEPTIONS.

This chapter shall not apply to house trailers parked in house trailer parks that are duly licensed and supervised by the State Board of Health. It is hereby declared to be the legislative intention of Council to approve applications for permits for occupancy of house trailers only in hardship cases.
