After the recommendation by Council, a permit shall be issued by the Mayor after the following conditions have been met:
(a) All ordinances governing sewer, electrical and water connections have been complied with. Such connections must be made under the supervision of Council or other persons whom they may appoint.
(b) The Williams County Board of Health has approved the sanitary facilities.
(c) There will be only one trailer on any lot. The lot on which the trailer sits must contain at least 6,000 square feet; and the space on which the trailer itself sits must consist of not less than 1,250 square feet. The trailer itself or any appurtenance thereto must be not less than ten feet from any lot line and from any other building or part thereof.
(d) There shall be no additions to, lean-tos attached, or other appurtenance to, except fire-resisting canopies or awnings. Oil tanks may be installed if the size, location and installation thereof are approved by the Fire Chief.
