1311.01 NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION; REPLACEMENT IN KIND.

(a) Each owner of real property in the Village, or his representative, shall notify the Mayor or his designee of the owner’s intent to execute any new construction and/or changes in size of existing construction.

(b) Replacement in kind does not require a building permit.
