At the conclusion of the construction of any project where a site plan has been submitted and approved in accordance with this Chapter, a final “As Built” drawing showing the actual location of all items described in Section 1185.07 (e) to (j) and (m) shall be filed with the Zoning Inspector by the owner of record, developer, engineer, architect, or landscape architect who prepared the site plan.
