1161.05 MINIMUM DWELLING AREAS.

In multiple-family residences, each dwelling unit must contain a bathroom and, in addition, the following minimum square footages in the living quarters:

Efficiency dwellings:	600 square feet
1 Bedroom dwellings:	700 square feet
2 Bedroom dwellings:	860 square feet
3 Bedroom dwellings:	1,000 square feet
