1157.02 PERMITTED USES.

   A building or lot within a R-1 Residence District shall be used only for the following purposes:

   (a)   Single-family dwellings.

   (b)   Foster homes.

   (c)   Churches or places of religious worship.

   (d)   Home occupations (Refer to Section 1179.11).

   (e)   Condominiums with a max of two (2) dwelling units. Each dwelling unit must be owned by occupant. (No Sub-leasing or rentals allowed).

   (f)   Any other use deemed to be of a similar nature as those above by the Planning and Zoning Commission (Refer to Section 1191.09).

   (g)   Accessory structures and uses incidental to the above uses.

   (h)   Manufactured homes (Refer to Section 1179.13).
