§ 31.03  TOWN MARSHAL.
   (A)   The town shall have as its chief police officer of the town, a Town Marshal pursuant to IC 36-5-7-1 et seq. and the Marshal shall have all the powers and authority delegated pursuant to IC 36-5-7-1 et seq.
   (B)   Deputy marshals and special deputies may be appointed pursuant to IC 36-5-7-6.
