§ 31.01  TOWN MANAGER.
   The administrative head of the government of the town shall be the Town Manager.  He shall be employed and have the duties and responsibilities pursuant to IC 36-5-5-1 et seq. and such other powers and duties as may from time to time be authorized by ordinance or written order of the Town Board of Trustees.
