(A) Applicability. An individual lot located within a larger permitted project site, is considered part of the larger permitted project site, and the individual lot operator must comply with the terms and condition of the permit approved for the larger project site. The SWPPP for the larger project site must include detailed erosion and sediment control measures for individual lots. Details of the permitting process are contained in § 53.076.
(B) Requirements for individual lots with land disturbance less than one acre, located within a larger permitted project site. For individual lots developed within a larger permitted project, a formal review and issuance of building permit will be required. All storm water management measures necessary to comply with this chapter must be implemented in accordance with permitted plan for the large project. Requirements for individual lots are included in the Standards.
