§ 12.01 CORPORATE BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION.
   (A)   The corporate boundaries of the town are as set out in the legal description in division (E) of this section and shown on the corporate boundary map which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as § 12.10 and all prior ordinances relating to the corporate boundary are hereby amended to comply with this section and § 12.10.
   (B)   The streets of the town are as set out and shown on the designation of streets map in § 12.12(A) and all prior ordinances relating to those streets are hereby amended to comply with this section and § 12.12(A).
   (C)   The zoning of the town is as set out and shown on the zoning map in § 12.11 and all prior ordinances relating to those streets are hereby amended to comply with this section and § 12.11.
   (D)   The amendments, updates, and clarifications are based upon all existing information and data available to the Town Board as of the date of this section and that the specific purpose of this section is to update and clarify the existing situation as it pertains to boundaries, streets, and zoning and is not meant to substantially change any existing zoning, streets, or boundaries. This section is simply a compilation of all existing documentation and data available as of the date of this section.
   (E)   Corporate boundary description. Part of Sections 27, 28, 33 and 34, all in Township 11 North, Range 5 East and part of Sections 3 and 4, all in Township 10 North, Range 5 East of the Second Principal Meridian.

      (2)   Except the following four parcels described below are exceptions to division (E)(1) above.

   Beginning on the East line of the Northwest quarter of Section 33, Township 11 North, Range 5 East, at a point that is 1.155 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof, said point being on the North right-of-way line of State Road 252; thence North on and along the East line of the said Northwest quarter 205 feet to the South right- of-way line of Broadway Drive; thence West on and along the said South right-of-way line 150 feet to the right, which has a central angle of 90 degrees 16 minutes and a radius of 200 feet a curved distance of 175 feet; thence West 94 feet; thence South 111 feet to the North right-of-way line of State Road 252; thence Southeasterly on and along the said North right-of-way line 430 feet to the Point of Beginning.
         (d)   Exception 4. Part of the North half of Section 4, Township 10 North, Range 5 East of the Second Principal Meridian.
   Beginning at a point that is 1,862.6 feet North of and 933 feet West of the Southeast corner of the North half of Section 4, Township 10 North, Range 5 East, said point being on the East right-of-way line of U.S. 31; thence Northwesterly on and along the said East right-of-way line 220 feet; thence South 183.5 feet; thence West 210 feet to the said East right-of-way line and the Point of Beginning.
