§ 53.064 PLACEMENT OF UTILITIES.
   No utility company may disturb existing storm drainage facilities without the consent of the DSM and/or the permitting officer, whose decision may be appealed to the Town Council. All existing drainage facilities shall have senior rights and damage to said facilities shall result in penalties as prescribed in § 53.999.
