(A) This code, when published in book form, shall be in full force upon passage of the adopting ordinance, the filing thereof in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the town, and so long as this code is adopted in compliance with the appropriate state statutes.
(B) All prior acts are hereby approved and it is intended that the administration of each office, board, or the like shall be administered pursuant to the statutes from the passage of the ordinance enacting the code forward.
