Any and all persons who violate any provision of this subchapter, including but not limited to placing any materials or items not included in § 93.45, and/or depositing any materials or items outside of the hours of operation provided in § 93.46, shall be subject to the following penalties:
(A) Initial fine of $225;
(B) Fines not to exceed $1,000 for each additional offense;
(C) Any and all cost and expenses the Town of Edinburgh incurs to remedy the violation.
