§ 36.115  FUND ESTABLISHED.
   Creation of Fund 176 - ARP Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund. Pursuant to State Examiner Directive 2021-1, there is hereby established a special, non-reverting fund designated the "ARP Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund," fund number 176;
