In the event the Board of Trustees, pursuant to IC 36-9-6.1-1 et seq. and all amendments thereto, should levy a tax on taxable property in the town for the purpose of a Thoroughfare Fund, such Fund, when collected, shall be kept separate from other funds of the town. Pursuant to statutory authority, this Fund shall be a continuing Fund to be drawn upon by the Town Board for work done under, in furtherance of, or in carrying out a part of the official thoroughfare plan.
