§ 155.20  OFFICIAL THOROUGHFARE PLAN TO GUIDE TOWN.
   The Town Board of Trustees shall be guided by and give consideration to the general policy and pattern of development set out in the official thoroughfare plan in the authorization, construction, alteration, or abandonment of public highways and structures.
