The official thoroughfare plan of the town is shown on two maps, entitled "Comprehensive Development Plan, Edinburgh, Indiana, dated 1967," with a sub-title: "Major Street and Highway Plan, Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2." These maps show the locations of existing and proposed thoroughfares of various types and widths within the town and areas within the jurisdiction of the Town Plan Commission. Notations, references, indications, and other details shown on the official thoroughfare plan maps are as much a part of this chapter as if they were fully described in the text of this chapter.
