As soon as practicable after their appointment, the Plan Commission shall meet and select from their number a President, a Vice- President, and and a secretary, which officers shall serve at the pleasure of the Commission. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Commission, and the secretary shall keep a careful and accurate record of the proceedings of the Commission.
