§ 151.20  ESTABLISHMENT; TITLE.
   (A)   There is hereby established within the town a Plan Commission, in accordance with IC 36-7-4-200 et seq.
   (B)   All business conducted by the Plan Commission shall be conducted under the name and style of "Edinburgh Town Plan Commission".
