The comprehensive plan consists of the town comprehensive development plan with the provisions of the maps, charts, plans, and ordinances which have heretofore or may hereafter be enacted concerning the following subjects: land use, housing, transportation, community services and facilities, open space and recreation, zoning, subdivision control, as well as other related subjects.
