§ 151.02 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish a single unified code consisting of all plans, reports, and ordinances plus supplemental details contained in the "Comprehensive Development Plan dated 1979," that deal with the subject of planning and zoning, as a comprehensive guide to future growth and development of the town and territory within the jurisdiction of the Town Plan Commission.
