The following definitions are applicable to this subchapter.
“ALCOHOL.” The compound, C2H5OH, known as ethyl alcohol, hydrated oxide of ethyl, or spirits of wine, from whatever source or by whatever process produced.
“ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE.” As defined by IC 7.1-1-3-5 and as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
“CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.” As defined by IC 35-48-1-9 and as it may be amended or supplemented from time.
“PROPERTY.” All real estate located within the town's municipal limits that is owned and maintained by the Town of Edinburgh, with the exception of the real estate consisting of the Timbergate Golf Course and any other real estate licensed and/or permitted to sell or dispense alcohol and/or alcoholic beverages.
“SALE OF ALCOHOL.” Includes the commercial sale, barter, transfer or exchange of alcohol and alcoholic beverages.
