§ 111.04 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE; RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
   (A)   Each license shall entitle the holder thereof to conduct a three-day sale.
   (B)   No license shall be issued to any one licensee or any one address more than seven times within any calendar year.
