Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the Building Commissioner may appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Building Commissioner shall take no further action on the matter pending the Zoning Board of Appeals' decision, except for unsafe signs which present an immediate and serious danger to the public, as provided elsewhere in this Outdoor Advertising Sign Code.
