Any person, firm or corporation found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $50. Each day that a violation is permitted to continue may be deemed to constitute a separate offense. Funds received from penalties paid pursuant to this section shall be deposited into the Town General Fund.
