§ 102.03 AUTHORITY.

   The Fire Chief, or his or her designee, is hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce the following:

   (A)   All provisions of this chapter;

   (B)   Variances granted in accordance with IC 22-13-2-11; and

   (C)   Orders issued under IC 22-12-7.
